Always on that prayge for new Hero cards and cards good for them like potentially Double fusion(masked heroes and neo spacians now the only ones missing out on cracked main deck monsters). I have to say that Wake up is one of my fave GX op/ed music even though all of them are bangers, and seeing Heroes win with that song playing just induces so much happiness lmao.

The Wakeup comeback was indeed amazing but for me the Tear duel stole the show. Decimator has won me so many duels I wouldn't be able to OTK (especially under D-Barrier) and when I think about cutting the card I just don't. Without a doubt the least appreciated extra deck monster.

HEROes are still really underwhelming as a Fusion deck. Why can’t this archetype be as efficient as Branded/Despia when it comes to Fusion Summoning and giving Fusions utility I have no idea. I’m so jealous of Branded/Despia…

@@philithegamer8265 Engage Neo Space would be our Branded Fusion if it simply locked into HEROs (or for the rest of the turn). The deck sells because it's nostalgic so they don't need to be meta relevenant, that's the idea behind releasing a lot of bad/unoptimized HERO cards in my opinion. Very sad.

@@babrad I think the real reason why Konami won’t print out busted cards for HEROes and make them a Tier 1/0 deck is because HEROes have _always_ been dirt cheap as a deck to build outside of a few key cards. That’s why they don’t want to give them nutty support… The recent Evil HERO support is good… but not outstanding while not addressing the real issues with HEROes as a competitive deck. HEROes lack consistent ways to access their Fusions without any Spell cards *unlike* Branded/Despia. Their play style is also too linear and if your opponent stops your Vyon/Faris play, you’re done. HEROes lack any consistently powerful going first type plays and hardly have any ways to deal with getting hand trapped. The deck auto loses to Raigeki. Also lacks negates. Also the deck is way too bricky and all the Fusion Spells outside of Fusion Destiny are *bricks.* Lacks ways to go plus in card advantage when you’re going hard minus by simply *Fusing.* Yeah, Branded/Despia and Tearlaments are the *way better Fusion decks.*

@@philithegamer8265 i disagree, you can make HEROs as expensive as you want. The deck is iconic to hold value so budget isn't the reason. As I said, HERO can sell without being meta that's why it won't get busted support. You would find Snake-Eyes in unused bulk if they weren't meta never selling a copy. Evil HERO gives us a second "vyon" as we can mill shadow mist and search for a "poly" but I agree it's not enough. And the restrictions hurt a bit. Ironic how a lot of issues would have been solved if this deck of Jaden got a "Phantom of Yubel" of its own. Again I disagree, consistency is NOT the issue about HEROs. It's the fragile combos, along some very specific chokepoints and the xeno-lock preventing us from using not only every good staple extra deck monster (like SP) but also the limited main deck space that also prevents us from using Nib and Bystials. "The deck auto loses to Raigeki." I'm starting to question if you are playing the deck. You shouldn't lose to Raigeki since Burst of Destiny when DPE came out, and especially after Power of the Elements. HERO is an aggro deck that uses both Fusion and Links almost equally. Link is the setup, Fusion the power plays. For what I assume you want from the deck you should look at Neos decks instead. Again, Engage Neo Space would be our Branded Fusion if it simply locked into HEROs (or for the rest of the turn)

@@babrad Komoney should make HEROes tier 0 for once for the LOLZ so they can even make moar money out of HEROES. HEROes have always been dirt cheap to build compared to most other competitive decks and other rogue decks outside of something like Malicious Bane and Alduster Gold when they were brand new. Yeah, the very fragile combos and chokepoints were what I was talking about. HEROes aren’t resilient enough and like you said, the deck has too many combo pieces and bricks to bother fitting hand traps in. KOMONEY should print Elemental HERO main deck monsters (Retrain the old vanillas like Burstinatrix, Avian, Clayman, Sparkman, Wildheart, Bubbleman, Bladedge, etc.) that act as hand traps during the main phase that allow you to quick effect fuse _way faster_ without needing a fusion spell + bonus effects that you gain when sendings then to the GY and Banish Zone as Fusion Material and also give your fusion and HEROes monsters utility, etc. also give us main deck Elemental Heroes that allow you to search out Mask Change and Protector of the Elements _when they hit the grave or banish zone._ They also need ways to replenish resources after you use up your entire hand to make Fusions. Also need way better comeback ability and ways to fight off during your opponents turn… Elemental HEROes also need Fusion Monsters that offer way more utility and are just in general massive anti meta cards like *Darklaw.* Just watch, the most competitive HERO builds are going to be 60-card pile in the future exactly like Branded/Despia…
