So I made this deck tonight after saving up the last few days I'm still a couple cards off need that 3rd impermanence and Maxx C but even without those the deck preformed amazing won 7 games in a row and had a lot of fun using it. What cards from the extra deck would you prioritize first? I imagine you want to buy all the staple UR cards first even if you only have like 2 copies of each at first. Wanting to build this deck but I'm super new to Yu-Gi-Oh dueling and it's very intimidating. I imagine you could build 75% of this deck f2p and probably if lucky enough finish it in a few days of playing ranked. I'm just confused on which UR cards to get at first to make this deck even work before I start working my way to getting all the UR cards.

@@brandonenke2680 Drident and Omen are probably the most important and you want 2 Omen so you have a backup with revolt and during the mid game. After that I'd say apollousa and Zeus since apollo is a very easy negate to get on the field and Zeus is a board wipe. Accesscode is more so the game ender so definitely one you want asap but you can probably do alright without it. Almiraj and Oath you can get last cause unless you get a really bad hand or get Maxx c/disrupted you don't go into them much. The two other tri bridgrade links are SR so hopefully you won't have trouble craftinf/pulling them I'd say prioritize bearbrumm if you have to though since that let's you search for revolt. The rest are all rares or normals so just craft them from the start. Hope this helps

@@andy3622 it does. I really appreciate it. Been stressing the past few days on what deck to build on my main account. I knew I definitely wanted to build one of the more powerful meta decks and this deck, Tri-Lyr and Dytron are the top decks in the meta so it was one of those 3. Tri zoo seems to be the easiest to understand so I ended on wanting to build this deck. Hopefully my draw luck is good and I get this put together completely tonight or this week. If I don't and or suck with it I'll mostly like drop the game lmao. If only this game had a casual mode that locked you into using only unmodified structure decks I'd probably stick around even if I end up sucking In the competitive rank scene lol.

omg thank u SO MUCH, i couldn't watch you explaining the deck cuz when i watched it earlier mine still lacked a lot of cards (it still lack a few but honestly it feels complete by now in my opinion, it's very consistent already) so i learned simply by playing it and it was just so easy and intuitive to create and memorize the combos (and i can do them all the time) even though i never played using link monsters before, i won a lot duels and i still didn't lose lol, again tysm i loved how fun this deck is sorry if i look a little euphoric lol

king hardy gaming To summon Zeus all you need to do is normal summon a Zoodiac monster, summon Boarbow and attack your opponent- in Main Phase 2 you summon the other Zoo monsters then finally summon Zeus on top of it all

If you're playing the Zoodiacs in this build throwing in Rescue Cat will mean you have too many cards competing for the normal summon, so I wouldn't recommend it. Also Psy-Frame Gear Gamma is a legit handtrap too

I actually had a quick question, on your second combo, you use drident send a zoo to grave, use chack to bring it back, link into ferrijit, use eff to SS tri(in my case it was a frak) and when I summoned it the option to banish and link wasnt available, only his other effect to send himself off to GY. any idea as to why? nothing in opp grave or on field to stop this.

Zoodiac Tribrigade was the second deck i was able to complete after Eldlich (opted for it first because i'm a returning player from the XYZ era) and this guide was so so helpful especially the combo part. Yo idk if it's bugged but I can never get any of my tri-brigade monster to banish from grab when special summoned besides Kerass. So I went to pull your combo to pull out Apollo at 12:00 but when I special summoned Nerval I couldnt activate anything on him to banish cards for a extra deck summon and got boned hard af. A lot of viewers have been making the mistake of summoning the Tri Brigade into the zone where Ferrijit is pointing. That will block you from summoning link monsters because they must be summoned to her arrow

Are you talking about the adding effect? If you used Fraktall to dump Kitt, she dumps Nervall and you grab another copy of Kitt. It’s a hard once per turn so you can only add off of Nervall once per turn

It’s the best monster you can summon in that scenario to avoid giving your opponent extra cards off of Maxx C, especially if you normal summoned Kitt to make one. On their turn Dragon Lords is an interruption, sending Kitt which can dump Nervall and get you another Tri Brigade for your turn

If you summoned the Tri-Brigade to the link arrow where Ferrijit points, you won't be able to use its effect. You need to keep that arrow open to summon link monsters there

Hmmm if you did everything exactly as I did, the only snag I could think of is you summoned the Tri-Brigade into the link arrow where Ferrijit points to. Link monsters have to be summoned to the extra monster zone or where link arrows are pointing

very cool video, just one question, why not run IO since its legal atm? it can shut down stuff like lightning storm and save a potential ash on a pot card, it seems too good to not run, why the choice to not run it?

It comes down to deckbuilding preference. IO is great when you go first and draw it, but if you go second and it's in your opening hand that's basically one less card you have to stun your opponent from making their ideal first turn play. That's how I look at it, anyway

i tried combo 2 a few times in master duel, it is impossible to summon by effect with a tri brigade monster you summoned via ferrijit. it just won't let you do it. i assume it's a bug since the drawback you get from special summoning with ferrijit is ignored by any beast monster, yet here i am unable to use my effects to summon anything from the GY.

You might be summoning the Tri-Brigade to the zone where Ferrijit's link arrow points to. That would make it so that you cannot activate the TB's effect. A lot of newer players have been making that mistake.

This decklist was made to compete with other midrange/combo decks. If you struggle with control decks (the type to play Skill Drain)- try replacing the Effect Veilers with something like Lightning Storm. If you don't have the URs to spare- Cosmic Cyclone works too

Double Dragon Lords usually comes up in scenarios where if your opponent chains Maxx C when you banish 2 for a Tri-Brigade, you make him instead of Bearbrumm so that way your opponent only gets the 1 draw and you still have an interruption for their turn

For sure you'll want to prioritize all the UR extra deck cards first because they are the main combo pieces. For the Tri-Brigade engine alone you need the minimum 2 Shuraig, 1 Apollousa, 1 Accesscode and 1 Double Dragon Lords. (You can hold off on Almiraj if you really have to, that card is good though for your weird hands) For the Zoos it's just the 1 Drident and 1 Zeus. If you grind out all of the solo missions (including the locked ones where you can play the AI with your deck for 200 gems) you should have enough to get your extra deck staples and then some

@@BlackCipher I was actually able to get this deck 90% complete. All extra deck is finished except Almiraj. The main deck I have all UR except 6 and I still have 5k gems left over to try and pull more URs. But I'm thinking if I should just save them and just play ranked till I have enough UR CP saved up to finish that way. Or start opening secret packs on another deck I'd eventually want to build with. After I spend these 5k gems that's it lol. Besides dailies and finishing that last 4 solos I'm not sure how else to get gems without spending money.

You can use fraktall plus 1 tri to get 2400 atk apollousa, bearbrum, DD lords, and revolt, but not sure if worth giving up draw from shrike. Fraktall pitches kit pitches nervall, nervall adds kit, kit summons bearbrum, bearbrum eff send other beast in hand to grave + 1 to special summon from banished which then summons DDLords. Do you think this extended combo is worth losing extra card in hand? is it situational?

I think it usually depends on if you have the tenki to use for the ddlords bounce but otherwise that’s the standard combo for tcg, especially if the extra card you have isn’t useful like an extra tribrigade or a copy of a once per turn like desires or something

It is situational and depends on entirely on the cards in hand. Having a Tenki to tribute for DDL is also a big consideration, like Jacob- DA said. The cost to pay for Bearbrumm eff is a bit steep right now, we can't do it efficiently until we can play the Tri-Brigade Mercourier resource loop. If you have cards like a dead desires or tenki it's worth considering, but in most cases I opt not to extend that far

@@bzyupo No problem! Eldlich is one of this deck's worst matchups (control > midrange). If you don't go first it's really tough to win. Every game you go second is going to be different so I'll just tell you what I do when I go first: set up the Apollousa + Revolt board. Apollo protects Revolt from Lord, and can stop it from coming back. During the end phase, wait for them to set their Eldlixirs if they dumped a golden land- activate Revolt and use Shuraig to banish the Eldlixir. Add a Kerass if you can to trigger Shuraig earlier on your turn. Banish a backrow, prioritizing another Eldlixir if you know where one is set. This part of your turn will play differently depending on what they have, but I have the most success doing this when I go first

To summon Zeus, play any Zoodiac monster and xyz summon Boarbow. Attack your opponent directly with Boarbow, main phase 2 summon the rest of the Zoo xyz monsters, then put Zeus on all of them. You should have enough to use Zeus effect twice in the same chain link

Yes, the Doom Eagle effect absolutely comes up. You can shuffle a lot of key cards like Sky Striker's Raye or Eldlich's Golden Lord. A second Rugal is legitimately never needed; I play one to make with Bearbrumm and a Tri-Brigade and that's about the only time he comes out

Real you must have some Alts for the UR’s. Even with all the pulling I only have so much material I can for those material. Is call by the grave necessary and the meteor card? After making sky striker I can’t afford all the UR’a

Called by the Grave is pretty necessary for Maxx C. You could opt to play other cards instead of Nibiru, however. Have you done all of the solo missions? Including the locked ones? They have missions where you can play against the AI with your own deck and you get 200 gem rewards.

I think opening “Echo Chamber Nation” for the Tri-Brigade stuff is worth it, since you need multiple Shuraig anyway. Open that until you get at least two then craft what you’re missing; open the Zoo set to get Drident if necessary

Invoked Shaddoll is a tough matchup if you don't go first and they open their Schism combo. In a midrange vs. midrange matchup it usually comes down to who went first or who had the better handtraps. If you're struggling against Winda, Forbidden Chalice is a solid tech choice for a going second card

Rescue Cat is a great card but it shouldn't be played with the Zoos, as you'll have too many cards in your deck fighting for the normal summon. Pure Brigade with Rescue Cat will be legit if the Zoo engine gets hit, though!

Pure Tri-Brigade with Rescue Cats is still a really good build! Instead of Skull Meister and Droll, I would play the Psy-Frame Gamma package and good SR/R backrows like Solemn Warning, Torrential Tribute or Forbidden Chalice. You can also add one DD crow as a random search target off of Shuraig

@@BlackCipher yea i got it :) i was thinking on if i should get salamangreat and 1 effect veiler or i should get 2 effect veiler because I saw a guy in the duel links meta tournament he play salamangreat and then he play zeus salamangreat protecting zeus from destruction and I think that is pretty cool anyways thanks for the advice it help me a loot

??? I would definitely pick up the Salamangreat Almiraj, it fixes the hands where you draw only Kitt and Nervall- and it is great in situations like that cool play you described!

Yes, it is one of the main reasons for mixing the Zoo monsters with Tri-Brigade

Those are primarily going first combos. If you go second it always depends on what your opponent has. Best bet going second is to summon a Zoo and try to stick a Zeus with 4 mats, Kerass for potential follow up

This deck loses to skill drain. You have no backrow removal. What advice do you have for that?

Something I’ve thought about is replacing the effect veilers for lightning storms. The best of one format makes Skill Drain decks really strong whereas in a normal best of three you have backrow removal you can side in

@@BlackCipher thanks for the input and card recommendation. Struggling between taking out effect veiler or infinite because infinite has the stipulation of having no cards on the board to use its effect. Any reason why you choose infinite over veiler? (Apologies if I'm bothering you)

@@jackvalentine5784 All good man. I definitely value the Imperm over Veiler because it's a much better sixth card than Veiler is. The no cards on board stipulation doesn't really affect you in many cases because if you went second and there's something on the board you need to negate it will often times be the first card you play. If not, you just set it and it will be live next turn

Worth considering, but I would rather play massive removal like Lightning Storm. Eldlich is really good against midrange decks like this one, so I've just accepted that if I don't win the coin toss against them it's gonna be tough

@@BlackCipher Eldlich smashes me a lot when I am using Tri-zoo, when they go first it's a mess, and even if I go first they can still smash me cuz I would've wasted my resources on Apollousa

I have my share of problems with Eldlich too! Your going first board should be pretty decent against them though, Apollousa can negate Golden Lord send eff and then negate the GY eff. During the end phase wait for them to set an Eldlixir and activate revolt to summon Shuraig and banish it, add Kerass so you get the extra push and Shuraig trigger on your turn. Without Golden Lord all their traps do nothing and Accesscode will harvest the rest of their backrow (assuming they didn't open Skill Drain)

It's really rough with just 1 Shuraig. You could definitely pull it off with just one; but you'll struggle in the scenarios where you want the second one. You could stick another Ferrijit in as a placeholder, but try to get that second one ASAP

you def want to make either ferri or neval last the reason is, you absolutely dont want them to ash the revolt search the neval add card to hand is valuable but they can ash it as well it it goes last, just depends on how you value the draw or search
