hmmm but what does the beyond and exceed pendulum do ?

They can be cut for sure, and just use other rank 4 XYZ's. Exceed is basically a free access code in this. And Beyond is a super back up plan if they pop one of your scales and you need to search one to pend summon. Beyond is the least used one for sure in this build.

is there any easy otk method or do most opponents just fold?

Yeah the OTK is based on the link 1. You need to get the 3 counters on the Angello Scale. Then you go into the link 1 Duralume. It has 2 effects, first it lets you pop the monsters your opponent has up to the number of counters you have. Then you can remove counters and make 3 attacks - so you only need one other body if you cleared the monsters on board and they don't have any quick effects or floats.
