Hi!!! I love penguins too.I added to the deck 3 small world and 3 cartorhyn the hidden gem of the seafront and I can search any monster I want except penguin soldier.You should try it out!

have you ever considered playing spring of rebirth? it increases your lp by 500 for each monster returned to the hand. if you are in a match up against like kashtira or sm, this card can be very useful, allowing you to survive. it is much better in a going second playstyle though. i have been able to get up to about 9500 lp on turn 3 using this card.

You could try using icejade aegirine to search icejade cradle which can get you any icejade monster. Also her second effect is really good to get polar penguin back out on your opponents turn

A friend of mine plays their penguin deck like that with a decent icejade engine, but I wanted to keep it as streamlined as possible for my build. Definitely something for penguin duelists to consider though!
