I haven’t played in years so link summoning is totally new to me. What’s the combo to link summon the dark steel dragon? YGO got real complicated now with these new spcl summons.

Ah well welcome back to the game in that case! There isn’t a specific combo to get there my friend. It requires 2+ effect monsters with the same type and attribute… given pretty much all of the monsters are dragons and dark, it isn’t that difficult to make, however I only really included it as it was fitting for the archetype and I like the aesthetics Have you put a Red-Eyes list together? I’m sure we’d all love to see it if you want to post it up? 👍🏻

@@wyvernwatch I use the Game8 Red Eyes list for Master Duel and I cut 1 black chick, 1 wyvern, 1 black stone and 1 spirit. Put in 2 cards of the red stone and 2 piercing the darkness for draw power. I do use the deck list in this vid on MD but had to change it. It’s disappointing that Dark Dragoon is banned on MD never go a chance to use that OP fusion boss mon.

I like this pure build but I play 1 red-eyes soul because it’s too situational and one of the effects is once per duel. I play 3 red-eyes black meteor dragon because it’s a good extender and makes it easier for you to go into red-eyes flare metal dragon.

You should play black meteor dragon 3x and take the geminis out. The dragon can send you a red eyes to the GY and is special summoned as a lvl 7 monster to the field for easier xyz play. Also his GY effect is insane.

I do like that it doesn’t run Inferno Fire Blast it doesn’t need it but it’s funny to splash in. Also like it’s not running staple hand trap meta cards. I would help to run MaxxC, Ash, Impermanence etc. but nah who needs that lol

Hey there! Thank you for commenting, means a lot!… I love this deck too, but it would need changing if you wanted to play competitively with it… my suggestion would be a Kashtira package, seems to work really well with it. I want to keep this one pure ish though 👍🏻

Cool deck but if ur attempting something more viable as a deck I would cut out every single Gemini and work on the proportions. To keep it as red-eyes as possible run three red eyes black meteor cus they’re a great lvl 7 extender. Maybe even 1 red eyes malefic dragon cus it works with the dragon link package well. On that note, I would run some dragon link cards or maybe even a kashtira package.

Hey man and thanks for the comments, your advice is very much appreciated! I have thought about Kashtira before, indeed I have the components if I were to add it, but something is stopping me from doing it. Think I’m going to leave it as pure at least for now… However the suggestion of taking the Gemini monsters out and adding more Meteor is good and one I will look at 👍🏻

Hey there! Mainly because I am really trying to keep it pure, it’s more of a funsies deck, if I were to take it to locals, I’d def put some Kashtira in it, possibly some hand traps too Do you have a Red-Eyes deck too?
