In the Yu-Gi-Oh ZEXAL anime, as well as the other early animes, the characters always draw on their first turn.

@smoke4818 If Go Onizuka was going first, then the first turn draw would not have happened. I'm playing by the anime's rules, not the IRL rules.

@@grunclestan3528 yes and in anime rules they would be playing by the latest players rules. that's Go Onizuka rules. meaning that no one draws on the first turn. the anime still plays by the irl rules. meaning if there are extra monster zones or pendulum zones then no one draws on the first turn.

@@smoke4818 bro según tengo entendido en los duelos de anime no funciona así para poder darle alguna ventaja a los de las series antiguas se rigen cada uno por las reglas de si anime y si en su serie aún se podía robar en el primer turno entonces el puede hacerlo el que no puede es Go Onisuka por que ya en su generación estaba prohibido eso
