I tried doing something similar to this the other day. Except the main idea was to summon Shooting Quasar Dragon in the exact same manner as Yusei did (using 5 of them as Synchro Material) before doing the Clustering Wishes thing...but I keep killing them to easily. Maybe I need 16000LP.

ShadowBaofu it only works with Power Tool and Ancient Fairy. That’s the only restriction I’m aware of.
