Im a bit scared and excites for the new set, as camelia makes it easier for more decks to also splash sky engine in their decks.

I love Engage back at 3, but I also get the sense a lot of Striker players are also overlooking the fact Baronne and Savage are both officially dead, so it hurts the grind game of most other decks including Mannadium, pure snake eyes and to a certain degree Snake Eye/FK, so it only fuels the grind game of Striker. This is why I opt for more hand traps like DD Crow and Ghost Belle over boardbreakers because I anticipate Voiceless Voice will see a lot more representation due to the recent banlist. Hitting choke points of certain decks i.e targeting Lo and Saffira is as crucial as ever for Striker to go on the counterattack whereas in the past, you would get out resourced and lose. The banlist has arguably buffed Sky Striker imo and it is the heavy sleeper of the new format post LEDE.

Great points! A lot of decks that didn't get hit on the banlist are now inherently buffed as generic omni negates are gone, and Sky Strikers are no exception. A going first build with handtraps seems very strong and it's definitely something we will try out! I'm hoping to see them get some event tops in the next few months

What do you think about a little Therion engine, just the field spell and Regulus, an extra negate is always good 🧐

We've tested it out in the past. It's a decent option but it has some issues. First, the field spell that searches regulus doesn't instantly go to grave so it doesn't always help to get your spell count up in the grave. Regulus itself can be useful but it can also prevent you from using your sky striker spells like widow anchor until you use up the regulus negate. I think overall it's better to not include it

Unfortunately it's not coming in Terminal Revenge. However the build is still good for Master Duel, and I'm sure Camellia will arrive soon enough in a future set

Why do you have Zeus in the extra deck? You don't play a single XYZ monster which makes it is a dead card. Should play with SP little knight.

@@Demolisher27 you play Zeus for when you steal an xyz with widow anchor. It's format dependant though so s:p is overall more useful if you have it
