Stumbled on to your channel, love the HERO content. You ever consider doing a Neos Profile? Cards like Cross Keeper, EN Shuffle and Favorite Contact are good and splash-able, when you miss out on the normal summon or need to shuffle from hand or graveyard. Thanks for the content!

Thank you! I've tried Neos a couple times, but not at a tournament. I think that right now, the deck is not as good as Omni HERO. Cross Keeper is a cool card with potential but unfortunately it can only be searched with ROTA. I love the Cosmo Neos play, but it's not super consistent right now. Currently, the Shining Neos Wingman play is powerful but you need multiple specific cards until Flame Wingman - Skydive Scorcher comes out. EN Shuffle is a good card in Neos though, an easy way to Spirit of Neos gets the deck going. Plus, it can be searched with Triple Tactics Thrust. Ghost Rare Rainbow Neos is my all-time favorite card, so I definitely want to play it in a Neos build once more support releases. In my opinion, the current Neos deck is not as explosive as Omni HERO, it is less consistent, and it doesn't have as good of an end board unless you manage to summon Cosmo Neos. I really want the deck to be good though, it will be in the future!

@@aherosjourney4638 thanks for the reply... Neos has had some decent cards recently. But as you said the consistency is not there unless you use more Generic HERO support. 1st Ghost Rare i pulled was a Rainbow Neos. Definitely a staple in the Neos Fusion Monster List.

If you draw increase you need either A Hero Lives, Fusion Destiny or Vyon as well and you can make your standard board.

@@andrewromero1992 Nope, the combo is A hero lives > stratos grab vyon > normal vyon send shadow mist > mist search mali > vyon grab poly > poly increase + mali into dangerous > dangerous eff send denier > mali eff summon mali > link mali and stratos into wonder driver > special denier under driver > driver grab poly, denier reload mali > poly dangerous + denier into DPE > link wonder driver and vyon into cross crusader > cross grab denier > cross tribute denier and grab dark angel > give opp dark angel > combo over with 2 cards in hand. This is just from my head but i think its right.

You seem like a very competent player and I love the profile. As a long time HERO player, I still love honest neos for protection of plasma and dark law while being able to help push for easy otks. Also, he helps if u need another fusion destiny target for DPE which was more important before main decking dark angel now but I still think it is relevant sometimes. I have always played increase at 2 because I believe that u can always discard him to faris and I usually can find a way for him not to be a brick but I understand that a lot of people are okay with the 1. Last thoughts…. No nibiru or ash this format?

Holy cow! You don't play Ash Blossom, Ghost Belle, or Crossout Designator. I'm mind blown! That is my favorite thing about HEROs; people have their own styles and not every deck will be the same.

part of the reason is that everyone especially all the dragon link players in a group im in and two guys I know have started running book of eclipse as a current meta call, cutting their ashes to 1 or 0 to fit it. they will go back to ash soon.

I mentioned it briefly, but here is more of an explanation: Beat Kashtira 2-1, bricked Game 1 and scooped, Got Shiftered in Games 2 and 3 but won both largely due to running the board with DPE and Plasma, also ripped a Unicorn Game 2 with Appointer Drew against Evil Eye, had to read all of the cards, Game 1 took 30 minutes lol. Beat Branded 2-1, couldn’t play through all of the disruption Game 1 but ended on DPE, Dark Angel, Solemn Judgment game 2 and they couldn’t do anything. He went first Game 3, I broke the board but couldn’t OTK, set up Plasma and had set Droplet with Mist in hand. He went Branded Fusion into Lubellion, tried to swing over Plasma to make plays in MP2, Damage Step I chained Droplet to get rid of the Fusion and searched with Mist, then I put up lethal the following turn. Beat Danger Dark World 2-1, had to read a lot of the cards. Rivalry was clutch, as he couldn’t use specific Dangers in hand like Jackalope as he had fiends on board. Was able to shut off his engine and go for game the next turn.

I like this list a lot. My only question(s) is your opinion on EN Shuffle and your opinion on Contrast Hero Chaos?

Thank you! I tried EN Shuffle, but I took it out of the deck just before this tournament started. The main use of it in my build would be to special Mist to search Mask Change. As much as I love to turbo out Dark Law, I find myself using Mist's other effect to search out a HERO a lot more. When we get Wake Up Your Elemental HERO on the 9th, we have a much easier line to Dark Law. EN Shuffle is great in a Neos deck though. I love Contrast HERO Chaos, and I know that Rogue Hero has been playing it, but I just don't think the line to it is consistent enough to be worth playing. Hopefully we get Main Deck Masked HEROes one day!

@@aherosjourney4638 Hoping we have main deck masked heroes one day for sure! I've been running a list very similar to Rouge's for a little bit now with mixed results. I love your inclusion of things like ROTA and Foolish because I agree, Mist's other effect to search out a HERO is a lot easier and useful. Like I said I like your list a lot too and will probably give it a shot. I haven't read Wake Up Your Elemental HERO yet but I heard about it. I guess it can change up the deck to not think about Contrast HERO Chaos, his omni negate is just nice thought.

Thank you! I think Lava Golem is a good card this format and although there are many lines in HERO where you don’t use your normal summon, I personally wouldn’t play it because the normal summon in this deck is just so valuable. A lot of the time you’ll get hand trapped/disrupted during the Faris line, but you’ll need your normal summon to extend further and actually make a play. Normal summoning Stratos can get you another body for something like Plasma too, even if your main combo got shut off. Lunar Eclipse could be good, but I think Book of Eclipse is better overall. I personally wouldn’t play Banshee and Zombie world because I’m not really scared of decks like Floowandereeze. It depends on your locals though. D-Force has potential, I like the idea of it. However, I just don’t have the space for it and it can be kind of bricky. A lot of decks have non-targeting removal too, so they don’t even care about the protection it gives you. Not a bad card at all though, I understand why people play it.

My only problem with D barrier is if I have my fusion monsters on board & im playing against a fusion heavy deck, itll negate my fusion monster eff’s as well :/

If you're playing against a deck like Branded, if you activate D Barrier and call Fusion, it doesn't matter if your monsters are negated for that turn because they literally can't do anything

@@flexluthor9147 I actually almost played it at 2 this tournament but I decided against it. In theory, it gives you easier access to Dark Law but I think most of the time I would rather see a handtrap, board breaker, or something like Rivalry in my hand. I think there would need to be more targets for it to justify using it in main. Also, a lot of the time you’re trying to play through handtraps/disruption so you have to use Shadow Mist’s graveyard effect. The deck will have much more consistent access to Dark Law when Wake Up Your Elemental HERO comes out in March, because it’s an extra deck monster that you can easily make rather than a spell you have to hard draw.

You play two increase for this reason If you draw it in your opening hand, oh well. If you run one and draw it. Now You have three bricks in your deck because Farris is no longer useful for it's vision hero package. And worst case scenario it's just fusion material if you draw into one

Interesting card, I had never seen it before. I would recommend picking up Dimensional Barrier though. It's cheap and I would recommend using it while you still can, since I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up on the banlist.

So what does rivalry do im confused on the wording like hero is warrior meaning i can control only one warrior or multiple warriors?

Rivalry says that each player can only control one TYPE of monster. Since all the HEROes in my build are Warriors, the card does not restrict me at all. If you give your opponent Dark Angel and resolve Rivalry in Draw or Standby Phase, 99% of the time they basically can't do anything because they can't even attempt to summon a monster that isn't a Warrior, and they're essentially playing under Imperial Order with Dark Angel's passive effect.

What's your opinion about Melicous Bane? This card was helped me so many times and has a good synergie with DPE, you pop Bane and one other card and your DPE Stays on the field.

I played it when I was new to the deck. I love Bane's artwork. Unfortunately, immunity to battle and card effect destruction is not that great in modern Yu-Gi-Oh! I try to minimize the number of bricks/dead cards in the deck, which is why I only play 1 Increase. I feel that running Dark Calling and Adusted Gold is not worth the potential of bricking, because the only advantage you get is destroying monsters, which the deck already does with ease. Ultimately, the only bricks in my deck are Increase and sometimes Miracle Fusion, and I don't want to add to that. Bane is a cool card though, maybe we'll get more Evil HERO support someday!

Your deck is similar to mine but instead of destopia and dangerous I use shinning neos wingman and the new flame wingman but I use an original flame wingman because obviously I can't get the new flame wingman yet and I use wake up your elemental hero. I know I am not playing in TCG
