I agree with keeping the fireplaces on the property. I have been hearing a lot of HKers think about removing fireplaces in properties. Fireplaces are the character of the property losing it, you will lose the character. If you want to resale the property in the future, it is wealth more with a fireplace than without. People pay a premium for houses with character.
