East Finchley and Golders Green are pretty good suburb within the borough of Barnet. Why Borough of Barnet is so famous? It has some of the very best state schools in U.K such as The Henrietta Barnett School. And Queen Elizabeth's School, Barnet .
This house is larger than SAN Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Houston cities unless small towns in the United States.

I had a house in Miami, Florida. 2030 feet one floor on 6000 feet land, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, and 2 cars garage with driveway can park two cars, only 10 minutes drive to the airport, brought in the year of 2000 NEW HOUSE cost US$175,000, for 2 adults and a dog living in. My son is living in a one-bedroom condo with 999 feet in VA, only takes 15 minutes to drive to DC.

@@CocoGor Oh maybe that's one. But they are pretty common at the backyard of houses in Canada. We use them for storage. Anyways, interesting to watch all your videos showing your live in London.
Good primary schools are not only in Barnet, QE for boys & QE for girls are 2 top secondary schools . Students have to take entry exams to get in. Live in Barnet does not help you get into QE boys or QE girls. They have school buses go round London to pick up their students.

@@cindytam6368 The problem with picking the best school district neighborhood is the stress created for the kids if they are not particularly academically competitive, causing them a potential mental health problem. You rather be the number 1 in a mediocre/lousy school than being say number 90 in a class of 400 students at a top top school. In this case, you kids are the best at the lousy school rather than being just an average kid at the top school. University admission officers love the number #1 in a lousy school. It helps the admission statistics to have valedictorians.

Keeping the fire place would bring more value to your property. And most important thing is Location, Location & Location. On the other hand, would you provide a List of expenses for property owner such as annual property tax/ county tax, house insurance premium, , estimate cost of utilities bills, etc. And is mortgage interest deductible on your tax return? I agree with keeping the fireplaces on the property. I have been hearing a lot of HKers think about removing fireplaces in properties. Fireplaces are the character of the property losing it, you will lose the character. If you want to resale the property in the future, it is wealth more with a fireplace than without. People pay a premium for houses with character.

@@jamesyeung81 If there are driveways to the property, many people tend to convert the garage into an extra room. More rooms higher price. An indoor garage is good for car security and cheaper car insurance.

@@mantinglai804I prefer to park my Mercedes-Benz in door😹 Outdoor parkings are reserved for visitors.😝 And we can always "Build Up"👻 as I prefer living in upper floor with more view. Me hates Insect coming inside the house on the ground floor.😰
