Amy, thank you for the video. I followed your instruction and was able to whip up the dish, it just that my is a bit hard. I suspect it has to do with the ratio of corn starch and amount of shrimp ratio because I did not use the same amount of shrimp as you did in your example. I will try a different ratio in the future to get the desired softness. Thank you very much and truly appreciate you agreeing to do a video of the section of 陳興道 and 廣東街. I can now wait for see how my old home looks like now through your video. Take care and thank you very much. May I suggest that you create a playlist in your channel to hold all the videos you have done and plan to post pertaining to your trip back to Cho Lon. Those videos are precious to a lot of people who have either migrated or immigrate from Cho Lon.
