Thank you for your comments. Utility parts already mentioned in it. Living in apartment, normally no extra gas cost. Electricity usually is less than $100. Water is all included. Tenant insurance is not must to have. Clothing cost varies greatly from person to person. Transportation cost is calculated based on one possible scenario. I can not list all scenarios. All other items are included into the so called living expenses. I can not imagine that a normal standard of living would spend $200 EVERY MONTH on paper, napkin, detergent, soap, shampoo ...

Is do-able but very tight budget and no life... I dont see any type of entertainment fee...like sports membership..going to a ball game/ movies / shows...eating out with friends or your parents weekly... Going vacation yearly.. Subscription of Netflix or cable TV.. some misc too .like car maintenance...some new electronics...i think average up on all these ,add $1000 -$1500 for a couple monthly at least to have a meaningful life .Also, if people are leasing a car, extra $500, and if you have only one car and most of the time you will drive and probably take 2-3 tanks per months...( again only if you stay home only...yes then one tank is good enough) If you plan to have a kid .will be extra $$ for sure, if two kids...u can imagine. U calculation is based on staying home and do nothing and have no kids...so just a couple staring each other every day. In that case .yes is achievable
