In Eritrea I grew up eating Dulet without beef. Only internal organs. I tried it with beef in Ethiopian Restaurant in Maryland it was good, but the beef changes the flavor and I miss the Dulet without beef. Can’t find it in the USA. Every restaurant adds beef.
