Ingredients:
1.5 lb shrimp
6.5 oz tofu puff
1-2 dried vermicelli
1-2 cups chicken stock
2-3 scallions
2-3 shallots
1 tsp soy sauce for seafood
Salt to taste
Shrimp marinate:
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
Pinch of pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp corn starch
Corn starch slurry:
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

2-3棵 蔥
2-3個紅蔥頭
1茶匙 蒸魚豉油
適量食鹽調味

1/2茶匙 糖
少許胡椒粉
1茶匙 麻油
1/2湯匙 粟粉
粟粉水:
1湯匙粟粉+ 2湯匙水
