Fastest growing city doesn't make it a great place to live. The mall is about the best thing about it which isn't all that.

if you focus on single family housing and no FASTER THAN CAR transportation you will face the same issue every city faces. Being closer means higher demand, being closer to the main part of the city means better commutes, which means wealthy investors can leverage it. Then cost of living goes up, and then you're in the same position as Phoenix and Houston today, and if growth continues, they will be the next LA.

Im confused, how is a chicken joint impacting your schools? You are making a business pay just to be in your town on top of the already ridiculous taxes your state charges and you wounder why your state is falling apart and failing.

That city list is a joke😂. STANTON, REALLY STANTON IN OC. it's a crime ridden barrio😂. I know I was a cop there in the 90s. It's fill of gangs and next to Anaheim
