Ryonet has some great emulsions to use, I've gotten some of the Enviroline and I like what I've been using. I also use it on the after market Yudu screens. Both great to work with and plan on getting some more soon. Also check out their facebook page, they've been very helpful there when I had a quick question or two.

You guys at Ryonet gonna have to show me how to "trick" my yudu. I like what I see. Any suggestions? I'm a total beginner and someone gave me a new yudu!!

Please, please let use know what type of emulsions sheets you used for that 302 (?) the last one on the video. I use water based glass paints with a high mesh screen. Ty!

We're not fans, especially for a business. If you're looking to stay small and in that price range we'd recommend our starter kit.

Did you use a Yudu brand screen? and I was also wondering if you used the Yudu emulsion if not what did you use?
@breezie197712 жыл бұрын
I'm printing black on white shirts on my Yudu with a 100 mesh screen (not the high mesh count that's shown here) and am trying to flood back after the first print as shown. The problem is that when I do so, so much ink goes through the screen that when I print the next shirt, it's smudged beyond belief. I cleaned the screen and tried again. When I flooded back I looked at the underside of the screen and saw ink bulging out from the mesh, obviously the source of the smudging. Any ideas?

Hi Ryonet, I am skeptical about using YUDU product for my small business. As someone who has use YUDU machine, what is the down side about it. please Thank you Vincent

What do you think about the ink that comes with the yudu?
@andrerubiano10 жыл бұрын
Quick question do you need a new screen for every design? Or is there a way to remove the emulsion after printing?
@Ryonet10 жыл бұрын
You can reclaim the screen for usage with another design. Here's a video explaining how! kzbin.info/www/bejne/Zn65mYughLBggLM

Do you think this is good for complex images??? And or good enough to use for a small business ?

Yeah, people trick out their yudus all the time. The stuff we sell is definitely a good place to start!

Did anybody actually purchase one of these and does it really works?
@myskats12 жыл бұрын
The Yudu is great to learn the business on, but you will be limited to the size of text/image you can place on shirt. Also the platens though cool for hanging shirts up, can be a pain to put those shirt onto. The original platens wear out, you will need more sticky to keep shirts still. Use off brand will be better. And those platens can be a pain to get off and onto the machine while making more than 1 shirts. You will have to be careful not to get ink on shirts.

Why do my print be smudged on shirt after a few prints?
@streetballusa9 жыл бұрын
Can you use plastisol printing ink with the yudu?
@Ryonet9 жыл бұрын
if your curing method can reach 320, yes you can. You would have to cure it on a different surface, I am not sure if the yudu machine would be able to take that kind of heat
@ScopedKilz8 жыл бұрын
One thing that I do is put the shirt(after being printed on) into my heat press and leave the heating element .5 inches above the shirt. I have found that in the time it takes to put a shirt on the platen and print, the ink should be cured.

can you use tracing paper as a negative to burn an image with the yudu

I've heard that tracing paper works but, it's hard to say for sure without seeing the paper. Give it a try and let us know how it works! Subscribe for more videos!

the Albert Einstein image where did you get that.
@Ryonet8 жыл бұрын
+Taheerah Taylor we designed those here in house! We most likely used an image from the internet and created a halftoned image from that for printing. The boat could have been created from scratch or found online like clip art. Let me know if oyu have any other questions! :)

I realize this old but you only sell 220 mesh for yudu. I'd like to try a black and white photographic image with halftones. Would 220 mesh be ok?
@Ryonet7 жыл бұрын
Hey there! Please send an email to success@ryonet.com with a copy of the design you are wanting to do, and we will see if a 220 mesh screen would work for that image!
