Yes, but Prank-Kids have been taking first all over recently. It's speculated that Konami might kill the deck by banning Meow-Meow. However, as it stands, Prank-Kids is one of the best decks of the format. This build is a little outdated though.

Congratulations! But oddly I hasn't lost against a Prank-kid deck but known few locals who play them. Not quite ready for regional at the moment. I want to build up my collection plus extra cards needed for deck.But I'm using dragunity/dragon link, was dino but axed that deck now, drytron still working on it there few cards keep bricked it. And obviously old deck but followed the ban list which is dragoon/numeron but right now working on infernoble. Since DAMA get released next week gonna focus on Magikey, possibly splash it with drytron.

So my question is did he misspeak and meant to say increase/decrease and next turn do the final decrease. Or if he did this all in one turn.

So you know you can only activate the field spell once per turn so you can't reduce attack multiple times in a turn like you implied you did in top 32, unless you misspoke

You can get two activations of the attack decrease effect, it's once per copy. If you already have one on field, use its effect, activate another, use its effect. Three would take two turns tho
