All these budget engines used to crazy expensive, especially Adventure and Dogmatika lol Still have yet to pick up the SHS package. Some good suggestions could be the Spirit Package (Saki and Aratama), Time Thiefs, Icejades (Tremora, Cradle, Ran Angerine and thier busted Synchro). Oh and Libromancers too for Ritual Decks (Magician Souls is affordable too)

I'd add the melodious engine to this list, it's $9 for the ostinato playset, $7 for both odd-eyes dragons and barely 5 bucks for every other card you need (3 refrain, 2 couplet, 2 bacha, 1 concerto, 1 masquerena, 1 knightmare unicorn, 1 apollousa), and it gives you a 2400 apollousa, odd-eyes vortex, masquerena and a extra body for unicorn off of a single ostinato, the refrain line doesn't give you vortex, but you still get the other 2. What's cool about this engine is that bacha can't be ash'd, and if the opponent nib's you at the earliest opportunity you still get vortex and apollousa. If you want to go ultra budget (like i did) there's also what i like to call the "three fiddy" engine: 3 refrain, 2 couplet, 3 kahyoreigetsu, 1 concerto, 1 bacha, 1 abyss dweller (or any other rank 4 or link-2), 1 beyond the pendulum, 1 exceed the pendulum and 1 apollousa. If you open kahyoreigetsu and refrain you don't need to use your normal summon, but either way you get a 1600 apollousa and a abyss dweller off of it, it's obviously not as good as the ostinato build but if your deck doesn't need its normal and doesn't xeno lock itself then this is way better than invoked since kahyoreigetsu can dismantle a dragon-centric board (or just waste a negate on it), and since you pendulum summon a level 4 and level 5 you actually get to trigger beyond's destruction effect.
