g1 he can't use princess if he wanted because a zone needs to be free for princess to be ss. g2: ponix activates in standby phase, not the time it is destroyed. he chain link would only be cl 1 gaurinx. probably doesn't matter too much, but that wouldn't be able to chain block if that was the intention. also se kash player cannot ogre the guarnix when it activated eff in battle phase. it is in the dmg step/dmg cal. player could not ogre nor temple in that spot.

So in game 1, Princess can be Special Summoned due to how it's effect is worded in a way where it checks if it destroys, then special summons itself. It's weird, but that's how it works.

@deedixon8362 Yeah, it's all in the wording. If Princess said "Also" or "And if you do" it wouldn't work since it's technically happening at the same exact time. But since it says "then", it just checks to see if something was destroyed, in the case of zones being full, it has to target something on the owner's field that can be destroyed to work at the very least, even if the card on your field is removed, as long as Promethean destroys one monster, it'll summon itself.
