After nearly 20 years of owning this game, I’ve finally completed it today. I was always under the impression that the final bosses were unbeatable and beating it was a lost cause. But I learned that to beat this game, you need to play a *lot* of Free Duels to assemble the best cards, both quickly and efficiently and slow and stalling. When I reached the last bosses, I was rocking Meteor B Dragon, Dark Magician, Skull Knight, Red Eyes Black Dragon and of course, Megamorph. The duels were still tough and cheating, especially Seto and his Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, but I was able to beat him and the last two. I feel like I’ve achieved a lifelong ambition and it feels like a weight’s been lifted from my shoulders.

Also if you beat "Kaiba" on S Tec you have a chance of getting widespread ruin and chrush card, and Pegasus drops Megamorph on S Tec, and when you fuse two Dian Kato's youll get also Megamorph.

From what I remember, if you put any monster face-down then he will summon BEUD on his first turn, then it's instalose. You have to always put monster face-up then the strongest monster he will summon is Gate Guardian. Don't know if I am talking nonsense but thats how I beat the game back then with THTD + equip cards + umi

It actually works like that for the entire game. You played a face down monster on your first turn? Prepare to get a fusion from your opponent on his first turn. It happens most of the time, unless your opponent prioritizes something like spell field. Meadow Mage usually plays Sogen first then plays his minions later. EDIT: I'm currently playing YGO FM, no cheating, only grinding, and that's a hell of a grinding. I think the game is pretty enjoyable, but wouldn't put it above YGO GX Beginning of Destiny from PS2.

I remember getting this game for Christmas with my PS2. I Didn't have a ps1 memory card so for the longest time I would keep the PS2 ON. sometimes my dad would turn off the PS2 and all my data would be gone. The day I got a ps1 memory card I was so happy. Left right right left I belive was the pattern for the maze. It was so cool you could type in the yugioh card number to buy it. Only for it to be 9999999....star chips haha. I never beat the game but I beat seto and then made it to the Jafar dude at the end only to lose to him lol. Man playing around with the fusions and stuff before we could look up strategy 🤣 good times.

Can’t remember but I think I first played this game 20 years ago and finally after purchasing hand held emulator I was able to beat it !!!! Widespread ruin from isis and megamorph from Pegasus and off course meteor dragon from meadow mage…done it!!!!

Hmm that was interesting I could never beat the game it was hard specially since I only could win bad cards, it was fun but it doesnt have anything to do with yugioh which sadly also happends in yugioh such as when then can do out of nowhere things such as the magical fusion of zombie moth with blue eyes ultimate dragons I enjoy Yugioh anime but it makes weird mistakes.

Ivan Delabra To get good cards battle low meadow mage, he usually Give meteor b dragon within 50 wins, 3500 atk, he also give Gaia the fierce knight, skull knight, curse of dragon, dark magician and forewing Pegasus as well as high level fusion cards

@@rayankhan3858 Yes, he gives MBD, but I think the drop rate is kinda low. Even Jono 2nd gives MBD, but the drop rate is even lower than Meadow Mage drop rate.

Dennis Morter after you beat the game I believe you can get another characters by load -> campaign (remember to save after last battle). This will redo the campaign from start but with your current deck.
