Extra Monster Zone rules has a big hole in it. That's a shame, if you watch on it's not Gofu that makes it link ready it's the way you play the deck but atm Gofu is to good not to play in Link. Of course he is optional but when he serves as 1 card decode and easy discard or allure fodder why not use him while you can

Eh, looking for a deck that doesn't run Gofu. But could u do a combo guide, that doesn't utilize gofu? And on another note, i don't reccomend using duelist alliance, or pendulum call. Pendulum call can be a brick, even if it unbricks you. because u can't destroy your scales by their own effects, and get their destruction effects off. And duelist alliance is useless in most cases since you don't run pendulum call, and the pendulum graph cards are all searchable with double iris.

Nice build! one problem i am working through with my build is popping iris for time pendulumgraph going first so i went back and took a look at sky iris again and what i could do with it and its search targets. because pushing out a time star and tornado dragon pop iris is hard to do now going first and sky iris solves that problem. what i came up with is light phoenix for low scale and believe it or not odd eyes performapal synchron for high. which in scale can make something like joker a level one tuner and if you can push out a level 7 synchro with harmonising and a timebreaker you can make crystal wing with ease. also another suggestion is performapal odd eyes dissolver, much like astrograph in its hand trap like nature and is a contact fusion for vortex dragon or gattlinghoul which can duels swiftly mid game. So while it does require a small odd eyes engine (although you dont have to run iris you can just search dissolver and synchron off time star/joker) i feel it adds versatility to the deck and raises its power ceiling as essentially you can end on decode talker, vortex , crystal wing (so negate city pretty much), and timestar if you use akashic magician (once shes out next week) or bring him back from grave with scales and have pendulumgraphs set up. Very much looking forward to see how your build develops, the deck still has so much potential for players to do cool things with it.

Stephen Cusato You can just use noble dragon magician...Pendulum summon it and any level 4 (after you searched with joker) and synchro noble dragon and the 4 to make a level 7, then change joker to a level 1 and there you go...Crystal Wing...

Hardline Zero definitely true, I think I do prefer Timebreaker though because he is more versatile in this version being a low scale, a Dark Attribute and his monster effect is solid. even still I might try out nobledragon Magician a little more and see how it goes.

Stephen Cusato Yeah definitely, try it out...I just prefer Nobledragon, because her effect allows for another special summon, so you don't have to pendulum her out...Just ditch her for Pendulum Call then reduce an Odd-Eyes monster by 3...so you can run one Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon or Performapal Odd-Eyes Dissolver...Or even both...Definitely a good combo piece, that can always be live in the grave...

Normally with the odd-eyes magician varient of the pendulum deck For pendulum call you would pitch noble dragon magician or tuning magician to your graveyard which then can self reoccur back to the field as long as their conditions are met Where as with this build your pitch for pen call as the most ovious would be gofu The usual pen scale set up for odd-eyes magician's is oafdragon and dragonpit beacuse they can help recycle your deck so certain pendulum monsters like harmonizing, joker,and purple poison don't become dead cards. And that you can always get rid of pesky back row and using your wisdom eyes as pitch material after they have set your scales For this build Your main scales will mostly always be double iris and oafdragon magician As for fairly tail Luna why didn't I think of that she is like a magispector unicorn kiren but better because Kiren is banned I like this deck alot and I am definitely going to try it out once I perfect my own take on it

I had a question and would really appreciate your response to it. Let's say for example i have a white wing magician, double iris magician, and black fang magician on the field. I then want to LINK SUMMON decode talker using the magicians as "material". Now tell me this where do the magicians go? To the grave? Or to the extra deck zone ? Please look into this and let me know what you find and where you found it.

They go to the extra a link summon is treated the same as synchro, fusion and tribute summon :)

Really awesome Deck Profile. I had similar ideas but still was very unsure about it because nobody profiled it this way! Anyway, what do you think about the Spellbook Engine with "Spellbook of Knowledge" coming out in COTD? It gives you more Draw Power and for example Luna would be a regular target for drawing two cards. Maybe you could Test it and make a new Profile then :P

Would it be a bad idea to throw in odd eyes fusion into the deck and 2 odd eyes cards in extra (and an odd eyes vortex dragon) for if you have an empty field amd want to recycle pendulum monsters in extra deck?

Not at all, it could work really well and starts you off with a nice 3k defender with like you said the recycling ability the deck needs

it can certainly be a unexpected and troublesome deck if you want to lock your opp from extra deck however, it will struggle against decks that dont reli on extra and have enouth clearance to get rid of domain

D/D/D will receive some support in CODE and still have a couple more cards to go so thats a strong deck to hold on to. if you want something cheap and strong I advice pendulum Magicians if they suit your play style as they are very good under link and the cards dont cost huge amounts like Dracos/Zoo/Tricksters when they drop

tbh id keep luna she is a real threat to you opp and with her reprint in OTS 5 and possibly the tins she should be easy to get. in regards to gofu you can up astrograph and add in magical abductors, only issue with abductor is i dont Believe it allows you to use wisdom eye and oafdragon which are very important to the deck in this format

you can pendulum up to 5 from hand, and you can pendulum as many from extra deck as you have link monster markers pointed to, or with no link monsters you can pendulum 1 from the extra but still up to 5 from hand
