Theoretically you could swap out kraken for Nightmare Shark for an OTK.

You can already otk quite well as abyss shark double battle damage for the first number monster that attacks and the new shark drake card as it can also make two attacks that also do piercing mean your almost always getting game

I think you can do it in TCG format and unfortunately the frog is banned in OCG. To make it happen you have to bring double bahamut shark, it has a soft OPT effect so you can summon the frog.

Sprights could make it extremely easily with Frogs, and I'm guessing the higher-ups decided to tackle the "issue" in a different way for the TCG
