It wasn't that good, the game was full p2w

even after all these years i can't get over how aesthetically pleasing this soundtrack is, this game was truly ahead of its time, too bad Konami had to fuck it up

Yeah the soundtrack is really great I still enjoy it to this day. I've seen the knockoff's they've been putting out lately but none of them can capture what made 2 and 3 special.

It wasn't Konami. Cheaters and hackers destroyed it.

@@ShadowBerserker454 Can you even remember ''Ninja'' because that doesn't even need an explanation. Heck, even Duel Links has it's chat filled with those scammers again. They didn't had to pull the plug at all normally till those scammers came around. It wasn't a P2W mess also, in that aspect, so is/was Duel Links now also then. The same stuff is happening in Duel Links, the only difference is that some small things like sleeves and duel fields can be obtained though playing, and the crystals can be obtained through playing, but you can buy them too if you want. You started with a Starter Deck, but don't you need to buy crystals in Duel Links to get cards faster? I know it's just a choice, but not everyone HAS that choice because some people tend to play this professionaly or they don't have a lot of money, which makes this also the EXACT same principle from Duel Accelerator. I used to SMS in order to buy packs and I had a LOT of cards back in the day and with normal trading like I did, looking up the value of cards in a list that was sincere because I only trade fair and square with others, never had any problems with anyone. Yet they pulled the plug because there were people that DID cheat. I'm sorry, but Duel Links looks like a cheap mobile trash aspect compared to the one above. It's functionality is better, I agree a 100% with you, but not how it looks like. Especially the small mobile screen, UGH. I tried and tried to get ''used'' to it, but I can't man. I just hope that in the future, a new bigger screen Yu-Gi-Oh game comes out, the PS3 version wasn't very good but it did give me vibes back of the GBA and PS1 era, which was the best one in my opinion.

@@ShadowBerserker454 The difference between this game, and Duel Links was no extra materials used to get new cards, Duel Links has the crystals system which is the only thing that is good from it. Duel Accelerator didn't had any, and there wasn't a chance to get other cards that way, that is true and I agree with. However, to not like the game because of the start deck, isn't enough for me to like Duel Links better. I am trying to look at the bigger picture here. It had events, just like DL, communication was the same, like DL has also, pretty much everything was/is the same. Even buying cards, with real money is the same, with DL getting a +point for having a crystal system that allows you to get more cards for free, you just need to play all day. Yes, if the screen was just like Duel Accelerator, which was a just a NORMAL BIG one, and not that tiny Gameboy screen, then I would have played it a lot more, because it really bugs me to bits which is a personal thing of mine (Doesn't affect the gameplay/game itself) The game is clearly not made for computers yet they act like it is which is ashame. The soundtrack, does get a - point for me, I already forgotten the themes from DL, but somehow can bring back all the others from older games in my mind. I'm just hoping for a Duel Links/Accelerator hybrid, probably won't happen now we have a mobile game of this...
