I remember buying a booster box to try and get 3 madeleine YEARS ago and only got one, they were so damn expensive for no reason back then, would you be interested in having this person do a profile on the deck? I still have my madolche spares I just gave up on the dream haha

In the second game, could you chain block beckoning beast with superpoly and not trigger his trap?

Nope, you must always pass priority when you have finished your trigger effects. You can only chain block trigger effect with other trigger effects that arent mandatory. for example if you play a card that said "if you normal summon a fiend monster summon this card from hand" you could go CL1 Beast CL2 that card. But you cant add super poly to your chain before they react. You could play it after they use their trap tho.

just fyi both games u play thru evenly by using super poly to keep all ur monsters in the grave and keeping favorite so when they try to spin favorite back with the xyz u chain favorite get spirit add pain and fuse off their whole board if ur playing 2nd fusion if not i think u still win by just attacking

You sadly can't favourite with spirt, it needs spercifically yubel. You also need to the favourite revive of spirit before the spin back otherwise spirt will also be shuffled and you'd get nothing sadly

@zephyrwargamesyugioh I thought the xyz targeted ur cards to shuffle, but it doesn't matter cuz u still use favorite to revive spirit b4 they use queens to shuffle, spirit will add night mare pain then if they shuffle them back u don't care so if spirit and favorite are back in ur deck on ur turn u active pain destroy the spirit u had in ur hand add either favorite or golem use spirt to ss yubel from grave then ur hand is super ploy golem or favorite and u have pain and yubel on field so u can either fuse if u have a 2nd fusion or use the favorite as discard for superpoly and in ep use lotus for tribute fodder for yubel

Queen targets the cards in GY dosent target on field sadly, You also need to remember that chances are madolche are ending on prominade and the other xyz that shuffles from GY, so in theory the play is valid and probs the best route in that situation to maintain resource when used at the right time, but it still wont be easy to crack back against their established bourd.

and remember, favorite have to be the 2nd chain. otherwise you cant use the effect of spirit.

Im a madolche main and ive never dropped a single round or match to Yubel. It's so easy to beat ive never seen the big deal. Its a weaker Milanko tbh. What did he summon off instant fusion?? Would love a marolche deck list but looks like evenly won the day lol

getting 10 counters on Mature chronicle was pretty impressive on their first turn. I've seen so many vids saying it's hard for them to even get 2 or 3 counters on it so they just opt not to play it. it's insane to me even the revival effect has come up to just keep combo'ing or pushing for game. I've also started to play 3 of Eternal favorite just because it does so much for the deck and it's only bad seeing multiples if you don't have a way to get a yubel on board or in the gy/banished. unfortunate that it was against a deck that main decks evenly matched and dark ruler. also interesting that they keep their playmat in the plastic.

@@zephyrwargamesyugioh at that point I would just not even use the mat tbh. if they're that worried about it the plastic could accidentally rip or tear open anyway unless they constantly vacuum seal their mat like that

does yubel master not main or side deck geistgrinder golemn? would have been an interesting counter play around the board breakers and a possible Petingcessoeur from SS itself to start full combo.

@Gilgamesh-em6ru they have had the mat for year and kept it pretty pristine. Yubel does main geist grinder theyvwere obviously set of making the combo and end board as strong as possible, but yeah grinder would have been the perfect counter to it.
