Amazing Games honestly, really good pilots on both sides. I think its cool to see how dragons adapted into that control deck in contrast of the gas gas gas combo deck it was pre bystials. Also, daniels looks like hes a fun fella lol. All that smiling and laughing haha

to be fair, the control plan was always a thing. the main reason is that you can't consistenyl pull off a negate before going all out, so you have to rely on sphere or take a bet The thing is, chaos ruler was a walking recovery so the same s trategy was more efficient back then, also because 68 was a thing

Any combination of a level 4 or lower dragon and an extender is still a awlking disaster, it's just that burning half of your extra for 2 interruption, even if those are savage and borrelend, is not worth in most situations.

because he knew Spheres would summon another monster from deck. He then chained Blessing to revive Camelia, which summons back the Sunflower when Aaron's monster hits the field. As a result he still has the Camelia+Sunflower with 2 available negates.
