Chances are the pickups are aftermarket if you can't find the exact model. Just a hunch, but it looks like the hardware is replaced too? (that's a very fancy looking floating trem). I've seen this exact model at a guitar store and I believe the stock pickups are different. Maybe you could contact the uploaded of this video and ask about the pickups?
