To be completely honest you have the strongest compelling evidence i don't know why the comments are disagreeing with you honestly. I feel like this theory with rain through in the end an be proven factual. I remember seeing some saying kejaku most likely made itadori as a counter to sukuna. I feel like the scene with the white wolf being taked about as that was his domain originally it makes to much since to be an early manifestation of his domain. He did use Dismantle in chapter 257, if look closely the slash did not originate from his hand like how Cleave works but rather are further apart from each other like how Dismantle works.One more thing,Cleave is a specialized dismantle that cuts it's target depending on it's toughness and Cursed energy levels.Yuji used Shrine for the first time in his life in Chapter 257,there is no way he can use something as advance as Cleave in his first try.

Just one thing, Yuuji doesnt like hoodies. I dont recall to well where I read it or heard, I believe it was in the audio cds when Megumi starts pulling at the hoodie to drag him. The reason his uniform has it is because Gojo picked it out for him. For the promotional art, its just that promotional art not by Gege himself but to promote cafes hotels brands pop up stores etc. that shows Yuuji persona style. I can see why the connections was made with Sukuna always ripping his clothes and Yuuji being bundled up. For Sukuna, he lived in the Hien Era, they didnt wore standard pants and shirts tbf he wore more like a yukata so I can see why the hoodie is restricting to Sukuna. Anyways a question like this whether or not the hoodie was meant to symbolize resistant to the cold for Yuuji would be better asked from Gege but hed probably reply with, I just thought he looked cool with hoodies lol

He's literally a total noob to using it himself. It's going to take some time to adjust from being a pure punch & kick merchant to a cleave & dismantle merchant. It's not easy to apply a brand new skill on the fly, I believe he was only able to use it at all of pure muscle memory.

4 months later i will explain what his domain is In his domain he is able to create cities of his home town where he originally lived, and he is able to make people look difrerent like how sukuna looked like he did when he was in yuji body but later we see it return to his true form when he activates wickee basket which also show that wicker basket removes all aspects of the domain ( very broken abilities ), and becaus of that he wasnt able to acticate his sure hit dismantle cleave on his soul ( thats his domain buff that yuji gets ) So his domain is the abilitie to make a sure hit of dismatle cleave which attacke the soul several times over without yuji having to touch him
