What work-out patterns and exercises (that help develop some volleyball skills) do you recommend to do daily, using common equipments found at home? Also, I'd like to see the three of you guys try playing beach volleyball and try to compare the playing styles and strategies you have to execute on the sand vs inside the court. Hello nishida-san. I have a question for you. Who is the best float server in your team? And please give some tips on that ( Float serve ).

i'm no nishida but i have a good jump float serve. the best tip i can give to you is to hit the ball with a flat and stiff hand. also try not to follow through much as the ball could pick up some spin. also throw the ball up with absolutly as little spin as you can. practice makes perfect.
