CreepypastaMaster7 From what I read in older comments, someone named Lucy. I assume Fairy Tail's Lucy, seeing how both are blonde and wear a tail. Though, that seams senseless. Flandre wear's short hair with long tail to her left side while Lucy commonly wear's long hair with short tail to her right side. There's a lot of other differences, such as Lucy using keys for summons and Flandre having wings. I'm going to stop now. I don't want my maniacal tendencies to make me seam like the most obsessive person in the room.
