Partisans are not protected by the Geneva convention. But, that does NOT mean they should be tortured, executed, or be treated any less than a human being. Technically, they can be executed. But that doesn't make it right, does it? Just because the insurgents in Iraq & Taliban in Afghanistan are irregulars doesn't mean they can summarily be executed, without any repercussions. It could still be considered a violation of human rights. You have a very disturbed mind to justify what the Nazis did. 常識? 国際法 dewa gutai-teki ni koroshite ii to wa kaitemasen ne.
