Greeting Grandmother. How long does your fermented ginger last? Is it rock sugar candy you put on the top of the ginger? How much rock candy do you use? Have you ever made fire cider? I will try to grow ginger this coming spring. We are in winter season now. It was -15C this morning. I now have 4.5 months before we can plant a garden again. Our growing season is from mid May to mid October. I use growing tunnels to plant early and harvest late. I had to laugh at Dudu when you scolded him for being on your plants his expression was priceless. They say animals don’t understand us! Those people have never known the love of a dog or cat! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. XOXO
