Creditless OP with Pop used.
Subtitles are supposed to be clean nowadays so maybe the effect is still a tacky choice.
The placement also took some thinking, to me those corners appeared to be the least busiest but there's always going to be something happening behind them, the worst to happen here is that it blocks off the top row of kids.
I don't use blur, that does nothing for hardsubbing.
If this was scheduled correctly, it should have gone public at 08:30 JST on a Sunday!
