How he slight -> dash jump -> fast fall so quickly? 11:18 I know how to hit -> dash jump, but I cant use fast fall because my finger is already on S when I dash jump

You have to release down for a bit after dashing before pressing it again when you want to start the fast fall. Remember, you don't need to hold down S the whole dash jump, just for when you do the initial dash.
