You are so fun. I enjoy your work so much. When I ate a lot of seafood, I always ate the clam stomach too (just like my mother did). It tastes like the ocean, like mild seaweed. There are lots of minerals like zinc. It’s not safe to eat seafood everywhere it yours always looks so fresh.

The color & contents in clams' stomach/intestine depends on what they eat. Whether or not to eat the stomach depends on individual's liking as long as it's completely cooked like what she did by boiling and later grilling. Many other people just boil and it's safe to consume. But never eat the stomach/intestine raw.
