Dough:
Flour - 130 gr.

Sour cream - 200 gr.
Mayonnaise - 100 gr.
Soda - 1 tsp.
Filling:
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Onions - 115 gr.
Sardines - 270 gr.
Onion Frying Oil
To start in a saucepan, boil the eggs, and as usual cool them. Put the pan on the stove, pour the oil and heat it. Add finely chopped onion and fry well. Remove from heat.
Take a canning sardine, I have a filet. Drain the oil from the jar. Put the fish in a separate bowl. Peel the eggs. Cut them, I do it with an ordinary egg cutter. Add to the fish and slightly mash with a fork. Next, add the fried onions. Stir. The filling is ready.
Cook the dough. To do this, put sour cream in deep dishes. Add one teaspoon of soda. Stir, soda extinguished. Mass will be lush. Add mayonnaise, eggs. Stir with a whisk. Last of all add flour and mix again. The dough is ready.
Take a baking dish, I have 24 * 24 cm. Lubricate it with oil. Pour half the dough. Next, lay out all the stuffing, evenly distributing. Top with the remaining dough. Bake in the oven at 230 ° C for 20 minutes.
The cake is ready, you can immediately cut it and serve it.
