I tried this ! Twise in oven and stove There is nothing wrong with your recipe, I wanted to say that when you make it on the stove, it goes down because only the bottom gets burnt, when you make it in the oven, both the top and the bottom are burnt, so it doesn't go down, it puffs up and stays puffy.(usually eclair is a recipe that should be made in a oven) 😊 I'm not telling that not to try this recipe ,people who don't have a oven, make this (but it won't be puffed as made in oven) that's it
