✤ Ingredients
-2 pieces of 8 inch cake (20-30 cm)
-3 eggs (+2 pinches of salt)
-4 tablespoons milk (tablespoon)
-0.5 tbsp chopped garlic (tbsp)
-15 grams of butter
-40 - 50 grams of bacon
-2 slices of melted cheese
-Sriracha sauce
✤ Tomato salsa
-5 cherry tomatoes
-25 grams of onion
-20g jalapeño
-2 pinches of salt
- Black pepper optional
✤ Mayo sauce
-1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
-3 tablespoons of condensed milk
✤ TIP
-Can be substituted with honey or syrup instead of condensed milk, but sweeter than condensed milk
Add only 2 tablespoons. (Use unscented honey)
- Tomato salsa has lemon juice in it, but I left it out to avoid blandness.
