What I just love is the quiet calm unhurriedness of her cooking. Bliss. I had to miss the king crabs though, I have an unexplainable phobia about those things. I really enjoy her calm cooking. It must be nice to live in such a climate that you can cook outside, everyday - saves cleaning a kitchen!
