I tried shark before. Didn't like it....its's like a muscle. Very chewy like rubberband & it swelled up. It became 5x's it's size after it was cooked. But I'm still very impressed & attentive. Alway willing to learn👀🍸

There is no " this is a not endengered species so you can kill it" as an excuse.
