Yummy zucchini with eggs. Without meat. Without flour. Vegetarian Zucchini Casserole with Cheese
Hello friends
Today delicious vegetable casserole with eggs and cheese. This is a very easy and filling everyday vegetarian meal made with affordable and inexpensive ingredients.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
2 zucchini - 600 g / 21 oz
1 onion - 140 g / 5 oz
3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Dried garlic - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
bunch of parsley
2 garlic cloves
3 eggs.
Mozzarella cheese - 200 g / 7 oz
grated Parmesan cheese - 1 tablespoon
Bake in the oven at 200°C / 400°F for 20+15 minutes.
