What I love about these videos is there is NO incessant commentary from anyone! These lovely professionals just get on and do their job, they obviously love it, as can be seen by the results. You don't really know just how much work that goes into baking these cakes, just when you think it's finished, there's always another layer brilliance.

There should be machines for these work. In reality, many factories don't use all machines, may because of cost-benefits. If they are not big enough, even pay more workers labors and hours is still cheaper than automation buying machines. But quality is not that standard as machines. Many ways they use here are the same as what we do at home. A lot of work.
