Your cooking and the recipe for fried fish was as usual fabulous and so very different. This is your uniqueness and that is why we enjoy your program so much. We learn something new every time we watch your show. Your overall knowledge is exciting and the hints that you give are fabulous and speak of a very special background. Takes me back to the days when in used to go to Dar-ul-Mahi, I think it was in Samanabad or ichra or Cherburjee to eat fried fish and roti. It was so long ago I am sorry I cannot remember exactly where but your program does bring back memories of a beautiful, peaceful and clean Lahore. Zabardast recipe as always. A must try. Just one thing: Fish should not be marinated for more than one hour if it has any kind of citrus in it because fish meat is very delicate and the acid in it will cure/cook the fish.

It is just fantastic to see and injoy your cooking skills and tips. We(in Bihar and Begal)normally injoy fish with rice. In our spices ,mustard is dominant and of course for frying mustard oil is must. Thanks for this new variant of fish fry. This awsome and Yummy. 😊
