Hi Everyone, Namaste. Chicken Biryani is a delicious main course Chicken and Rice dish. It is cooked over slow heat. Chicken Biryani is a popular dish all over North India,Persia and in Nepal. This easy-to-cook Chicken Biryani recipe video is in Nepali language, Nepali Style with English subtitles.

Ingredients needed to prepare Chicken Biryani:
(1) To Marinate The Chicken
1kg Chicken pieces
Fried Onions
Chopped Fresh Coriander
Fresh Mint Leafs
Yogurt
Whole Spices:-
Green Cardumam
Cloves Cinnamon
Black Papper
Bay Leaf
Star Anise
Vegetable Oil
Green Chilli
Ginger/Garlic past
Lemon Juice
Cumin Seed
Salt to test
Garam Masala
Red chilli Poeder
Ingredients:-
(2) To Prepare The Rice!!!
Basmati Rice
Water
Salt
Cumin Seed
Oil
(3) Last
Milk and Saffron mix
Butter

Don’t add salt at the beginning, it will extract water from the chicken. It’s always good to add salt after your chicken is half cooked.
