4 carrot - 200 gram- grated 1 teaspoon ghee Saute Add sugar half cup after 2 min- low flame Add 3 tspn of milk powder Cook for 5 minutes in low flame Soak china grass 10g in one and half cup water for 5 minutes Melt it in low flame Gring sauted carrot mix Add 500ml milk plus 0.25 cup sugar plus grinded mix and combine in low flame Add china grass in low flame in 10 minutes Keep in pudding tray and set aside Refrigerate for atleast 2 min
