Fresh dhaniya, dry lal mirch, is never added in Punjabi recipes, it's pure mixing of UP culture. And ghee in a yeast recipe? It causes cancer, get educated. You clearly aren't real Punjabi but a mixed one, look at your language 'agar' 'chawal', no normal Punjabi would use these words as the habit is to say 'je' and 'chaul'. Stop this shit or stop calling it Punjabi style. Also Punjabi kadis are never, bnever ecer this thick, it's Sindhi kadi that is this thick. Dumbs like you are ruining traditional recipes and miseducating us Gen z, my dadi ji just saw this and abused you for ruining recipes day in day out. And my chachi dadi who is from Bulandshahr (UP Punjabi) told me that this is UP Punjabi style thing, not core Punjabi. So, stop spreading lies for money, your next generations will have to pay for your greedy sins.
