In my country it called 'Topping Cream' which is low-fat, more stable form than whipping cream and have white color to easy decorate (unlike butter cream have slightly yellow color). Its also delicious and mainly use for decorating cake

These cakes are gorgeous! I am very intrigued by the simple syrup mister though. I've only ever seen the bottles where you turn it upside down and the syrup pours out, rather then coming out in a mist. I wonder if this makes the cake even more moist because of the misting being more even maybe? Or possibly the opposite effect? If anybody has tried and tasted both methods and knows I would love to know!!

The different is when spray it cover all the surface of the cake evenly and just enough, but when u pour it'll miss some spot and some have to much syrup
