I HOPE it was butter rather than margarine. Yes, his hands may not have been that clean but I am pretty sure whatever germs were transferred were taken care of in the cooking process. I should like to eat that very shortly after cooking so that it wouldn't be "blessed" with as many flies landing on it after visiting any offal. Except for the hygiene, the food seems much more nutritious than the processed crap most obese Americans consume from kitchens that have roaches, rodents, etc.

The spice and veg are very nice! I would prefer a little less butter, but would happily have this for breakfast with a masala chai! Western people worry about sanitation of open air street food, but they don't see the kitchen conditions of the restaurants they eat in, and that's for good reason.

If you think any restaurant in the US is as bad, you’re not being honest with yourself. None of these guys wash their hands, their dirty clothes touch the food regularly, and not one of them wear gloves. You also forget the US does have inspectors each year.
