This is a sample from Paul Hardcastle's song "Apache Warrior", I made a mistake thinking it was one of his songs he wrote in the 80s, hence my 80s jazz comment, however I believe it was written in 2013. All of his music sounds like it's from the 80s era of smooth jazz, whether it was written in the 80s, or in 2020. Go check him out, he's the king of synth jazz. Amazing artist. Anyway, also Yung Cortex actually commented here saying this is a sample from Paul Hardcastle. So, he took the sample, slowed it down and called it something else. Go check out the actual original & you'll see what I mean.
