Ace name doesn’t pop up in anyone else’s paperwork except as a possible suspect. No information he gave were useful in any of the indictments and Ace was actually the one *who was being snitched on* . The fight and shooting that happened was already information the detectives were privy to because it was on recording. He identified the fighters, which were already known, but detectives wanted ace to snitch about a murder. The true shooter was Ace homeboy, which is why Ace told detectives the other boys was shooting and didn’t give any further explanation. Because of the horrible job of the detective, Ace was able to say things without saying and didn’t implicate anyone in any crimes whatsoever. He didn’t snitch on anyone, but he was definitely talking too much. Had it been a better detective, he might’ve squeezed more damning information out of Ace.
