any sadboys starting to get nostalgic for this shit? Feels like yesterday but at the same time a lot has happened in the 3.5 years since unknown memory dropped, but it's still got my favorite vibe of any lean project. Teleports me right back to when i first heard it. This whole album is like being weightless floating in a zen garden. Sometimes it's day, sometimes its night, sometimes warm and sunny, sometimes dark and cold, but the whole time you're just weightless and floating there. I started listening because of the memes but I'm still here and love these dudes.

Im coming back to unkown memory the most. I feel like stranger might be his best sonicaly, but on unkown memory he made a world in the perfect time. The internet was more magical back then with everyone checking out music blogs etc. Travis was also just coming up as well as thug etc. Just a new wave of rappers and lean perfectly fit the "internet weird kid" with atmospheric beats and nostalgic visuals/lyrics. I absolutely adore yung lean and specifically this song. No other artist has nailed the same melancholic, yet hype and cloudy beat that this song has.
